Shipping & Handling:

I will try to dispatch your order within one working day of it being placed subject to stock levels. If there is going to be a delay for any reason we will contact you. All quoted delivery times are based on standard working days i.e. Mon - Fri. Items can be delivered on our next working day or two working day (48 hour) service as long as they are ordered before 17:00 hours (Mon - Fri).

We will try our best to ensure that orders placed before 2pm will be dispatched on that working day, orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched on the next working day, although this may not be the case during busy and promotional period.

Ruturn Policy:

1. Please notify us within 14 days (according to the posting date).
2. Return items MUST have all ORIGINAL packaging and accessories.
3. We will replace items which are malfunctioning items for 30 days from the date you receive them. Items which have physical abuse are not covered by the warranty.
4. Refunds are only offered for defective products reported within 7 days upon receipt.
5. Buyer accepts responsibility to pay for return freight for any reason except DOA (dead on arrival).
6. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable at any case.
